Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Patio Door Parts are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All About Doors & Windows attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Sales and Use Tax

Georgia
Sales or use tax may be due to the State of Georgia on this purchase. Georgia law requires certain consumers to file a sales and use tax return remitting any unpaid taxes due to the State of Georgia.
Oklahoma
Sales or use tax may be due on purchases delivered to a location within Oklahoma. Oklahoma requires the purchaser to file a return if use tax is due. In the event that sales and use tax is not collected by us, taxes may be due. Contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission for additional information.
Rhode Island
Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases made from All About Doors & Windows. Rhode Island requires in-state customers to file a sales or use tax return.
Washington
Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases. allaboutdoors.com may or may not collect tax; Washington purchasers may need to file a use tax return with the Department of Revenue. If we do not collect retail sales tax on a purchase, we may be required to provide information to the purchaser and the Department about potential sales or use tax liability. Contact the Department for additional information.
