This replacement tandem roller assembly pairs a 1-1/4 inch steel wheel with a U-shaped plastic spacer that supports the door panel, built for Milgard Classic series vinyl sliding patio doors. Fits Milgard Classic series vinyl sliding patio doors and includes a plastic spacer / filler mounted on top measuring 1/2 x 15/16 x 1/2 inch tall on one side and 9/16 inch on the other, which transfers the door weight from the screws to the panel and helps prevent panel damage. Screw hole spacing is 5-3/4 inch. Handed Yes, the shorter leg goes to the OUTSIDE. Priced and sold each. Replacement note: item 13243 used 1-1/2 inch nylon wheels and is discontinued, and item 13093 uses 1-1/4 inch wheels but will require a spacer provided by others to fill the space above the housing.

How to confirm fit
Wheel diameter is the size of the round wheel across its center. Measure the wheel only, not the metal housing.
Measure this
Across the center, outer edge to outer edge. Ignore the housing, axle heads, rivets, and adjustment screw.
- Retract the rollers and remove the door panel if needed.
- Slide the roller assembly out of the rail.
- Find a less-worn spot on the wheel (flat spots read small).
- Measure through the center with a ruler or calipers.
- For tandem, measure one wheel only. Do not add both together.
Edge tip: Flat has a smooth rim. Concave / grooved has a U or V in the middle.
Open full wheel guideHousing width is the metal cassette size side to side. It is the key fit dimension for most patio door rollers.
Measure this
Metal housing side to side where the cassette fits the door pocket. Ignore the wheel, tabs, and overall length.
- Retract the rollers and remove the panel if needed.
- Slide the metal housing out of the bottom rail.
- Look at the narrow side of the housing, not the wheel face.
- Measure side plate to side plate across the main metal body.
- Ignore lips, tabs, and flanges that stick out.
Do not use: wheel diameter, tab length, or the rail opening as housing width.

How to inspect
- Lift or tip the door panel enough to reach the bottom rollers.
- Loosen the adjustment screw and slide the housing out.
- Hold the housing so you can see the back clearly.
- Compare the mounting shape to the tab photos on the identify page.
- Photograph the back straight on, plus one side view, before you order.
Tab style is independent of wheel diameter and material.
