The Daryl Patiorama 300 Series and Gold Handle patio door roller assembly can be replaced with #13042 (1-1/2 inch wheel) or #13244 (1-1/4 inch wheel), which requires minor modification. Option #1 If the housing is in good condition, the original 1-1/4 inch nylon wheel can be replaced with roller #13212 and axle #13000. Some rollers used a 3/16 inch diameter axle and some used 1/4 inch, so order the #13000 axle assortment when replacing the wheel only, and washers may be needed as fillers for any width difference. Option #2: Replace the roller assembly with #13042 (1-1/2 inch wheel) or #13244 (1-1/4 inch wheel). Remove the bottom rail from the door, using a block of wood to gently tap the rail free from the vertical stile, then remove the Patiorama roller assembly from the bottom rail, which usually requires beating out. Trial fit the new roller in the bottom rail so it fits snugly, measure to locate where the top screw will go into the roller, and drill a hole large enough for a 10/32 screw to pass through the bottom rail and attach to the new roller assembly. Install the new roller and secure with a 10/32 screw, preferably a low profile head screw. Reinstall the rubber boot over the glass, then reinstall the bottom rail. The frame screw will be replaced with a 1/4-20 screw, and you may need to drill a new hole in the vertical side stile. The old adjustment screw hole should be in the same place, so enlarge it if necessary to reach the adjustment screw. Reinstall the door on the track and adjust the rollers as needed.
